OrdersI am now accepting orders through a paypal shopping cart. If you have any problems with the cart, please don't hesitate to email me. This is new to me too, and I want to be the first to know about any problems, so I can see to their speedy correction.
PaymentThe fastest and easiest way to pay for your purchases is through Paypal. You don't even need an account to pay; use your credit card through the Paypal cart. You can also email your order to me and send a check or money order through the mail. Please note that payments made by check may be held for up to two weeks to allow the check to clear.
ShippingAll orders will ship via USPS Priority shipping with delivery notification and insurance, which is already included in the shipping price. See my rates below:
ReturnsIf you are not satified with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will do whatever I can to fix the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, please return any unsatisfactory merchandise within seven business days for a replacement or refund.
BackordersIf you order something that has gone out of stock before I can remove it from the website, I will gladly make another for you, if possible. This may add up to a week to your ship date, though I will try to get it done as quickly as possible. In the event the materials are not readily available to me, I will gladly refund the price of the item if you do not wish to wait.
Special OrdersSee something you liked, but it's not in your color? Email me and I may be able to work up something to suit your very own style. Want something completely original? Send me your ideas, and I can work something out. Check out the Custom Design and One of a Kind pages to get ideas.Please note that the wait on custom work may be up to a month, so if you need it by a certain time, order early.
